Subscribing and buying from The Marketing Compass – Rights to cancel
* This applies only to purchases of services or products made by you from The Marketing Compass Ltd and not to any transactions that you enter into with one of The Marketing Compass’s members, associates or advertisers.
* If you are not making a purchase from The Marketing Compass as a business but are buying a service, such as a subscription membership or any products as a consumer, you will have the right to cancel your order for any reason (including if you simply change your mind) within 7 working days from the date of our confirmation of your order. If you wish to exercise that right to cancel you must notify The Marketing Compass by email within those seven (7) working days.
* In the case of a service or subscription membership, you agree that any use by you of the services will be deemed to be an instruction to The Marketing Compass that you have waived any right of cancellation available under the law. Therefore as soon as you start to use any of the services available to you as a subscription member, the right to cancel the subscription will cease.
