Stage 1. Marketing strategy

MAP begins by clarifying your marketing objectives. Successful business owners know where they are heading, which customers they are targeting and how to make their business stand out from the crowd.

Stage 2. Marketing plan

The next step is to create / review your marketing plan. This will help you to think everything through and to decide where to allocate time and resources. Your plan will include all of the key marketing elements, as well as your current marketing actions list. Nigel has taught marketing strategy for over 20 years and he will apply this experience to your business.

Stage 3. Customer attraction

Why is it that certain businesses attract so many customers? During this stage, we will discuss the laws and processes of customer attraction, so that they can be built into your marketing system.

Stage 4. Your website

Increasingly, marketing communication is becoming digital. Nigel will review your website and show you how to make it work harder for you. He will provide you with specific ideas / feedback to make it more effective. (He has taught internet marketing since 2000).

Stage 5. Promotion

Did you know that there are hundreds of ways to promote your products / services? They include printed matter, events, networking, PR, referrals, websites, SEO, social media and email marketing (to name just a few). Nigel will advise you on the most effective promotional techniques for your business. He served for 12 years as a Faculty Member / Course Director at CIM (the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Europe’s largest professional marketing body). During this time, he taught thousands of seminar delegates the many forms of promotion. Within the MAP programme, our initial focus is on free and low cost techniques.

Stage 6. Writing

Marketing communication is, to a large extent, all about the written word. Nigel will show you how to write compelling copy, which keeps the readers’ attention. His advice is based on his professional copywriting experience (he has been writing marketing words since 1983).

Regular marketing activity is one of the best investments you can make in your enterprise. We will build routines and processes into your business, so that it becomes a customer attraction machine.

Marketing systems
Marketing doesn’t work if you keep turning it on and off. A core MAP element comprises marketing systems, which are woven into the fabric of your business.

Boardroom As soon as you register for the programme, we will arrange a one-to-one conversation with Nigel. In addition to talking to Nigel, we will invite you to connect with other members of the MAP programme, in order to share and discuss the ideas and techniques. Therefore, you will have you own ‘Boardroom’ of like-minded business people to talk to / network with. They are going through the same programme as you are. Your ‘personal Boardroom’ adds considerable depth to the MAP journey.

Timings
Choose from the following two options:

One month
Nigel usually charges £497 +VAT for a one-off meeting. If you act quickly, you can work with him for an entire month for the same price. We will cover all of the key areas of the MAP programme. We will provide you with a voucher for £497, redeemable against the Six month MAP programme, if you register by November 29th 2019. This voucher is valid for an entire year.

Six months
The six month programme gives you more time to implement the ideas. It also includes a new website (or a second site) for your business at no additional charge, if you register by December 15th 2011.

A new website
Nigel has taught Internet Marketing for 11 years. He knows how to engage visitors when they arrive and how to encourage them to ‘take the next step’. Benefits include:
