Richard Battersby helps companies to Plan, Develop and Succeed. Richard has more than 20 years senior executive experience at Board level. With a background in Electronics and Manufacturing operations, he has helped a variety of SMEs to become agile, to deliver organisational change, improve their operational efficiency, and develop improved financial controls.

Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Behaviour, backed by Qualifications in Management, and Production Engineering. He has also lectured in Occupational Behaviour and Organisational Change and is a member of the British Psychological Society.
